Stacey J. Gorowitz, C.P.A. Honored as NAWBO-Atlanta WE Awards Member of the Year

NAWBO – Atlanta hosted their 6th annual WE Awards, March 26, 2008.  The awards represent some of the most accomplished women business owners and leaders in our area.

The NAWBO – Atlanta WE Awards seek to recognize not only the phenomenal women that are growing businesses across Georgia but also the individuals and organizations that support their efforts.  NAWBO celebrates the women who are making their dreams a reality and who are leading the way for many women who will follow their paths in the future.

NAWBO Atlanta Member Award looked for these qualifications:  A woman business owner who in the past year has made exceptional contributions of time, energy and resources to the organization and has been an influence in the growth and development of the local chapter.

In 2000, NAWBO-Atlanta recognized the crucial role women-owned businesses play in the growth of the economy in Georgia and established the WE Awards – Women Entrepreneurs to honor and bring recognition to their businesses and the leading corporations that support them.  This was the 6th year Georgia Women Entrepreneurs will be honored.
