Atlanta, GA - Reginald C. Allen, President of RCA Contracting Company Inc., of Montezuma, has been selected the 2007 Minority Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration's Georgia District Office.  Allen received the SBA annual award at the annual Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week Awards Luncheon in Atlanta.  MED Week is a collaboration of the SBA and the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
